At Anukarna Clothing, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your order and when you are eligible for a refund.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID via:

If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a 100% full refund.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipping
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled immediately.
However, you can still:
- Accept the delivery and request a return, OR
- Refuse the delivery at the time of arrival
Once the product is returned to us, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to COD service being disabled for future orders.
4. How to Request Cancellation
Please share the following details when requesting cancellation:
- Order ID
- Customer Name
- Reason for cancellation
Our support team will confirm the cancellation status.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Cancelled before shipping → Refund within 24–48 hours
- Cancelled after shipping → Processed as Return & Refund
Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Important Notes
Anukarna Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Product unavailability
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
