7-Day Easy Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
You can choose to:
- Return the product and get a full refund
- Exchange the product for a different size (subject to availability)
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1 – Contact Us

Please share:
- Order ID
- Reason for return/exchange
- Clear photo of the product
Step 2 – Pickup Arrangement
After your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
Step 3 – Quality Check
Once we receive the product, it will go through a quality inspection.
Your return will be approved if the product is:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With original tags intact
Step 4 – Refund / Exchange Processing
Refund Timeline:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the product passes quality check.
Refund will be issued to:
- Original payment method (Prepaid orders)
- Bank account (COD orders)
Exchange Timeline:
Replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Product has been used or washed
- Tags are removed
- Product is damaged by customer
- Return requested after 7 days of delivery
Damaged or Wrong Product Received?
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos.
We will arrange free replacement or full refund.
